Job summary

Safelite is hiring a Technician Trainee in Toms River, NJ. This position offers a structured training program leading to Safelite SafeTech certification. Trainees will learn to install and repair auto glass, recalibrate safety systems, and embody the Safelite Spirit of service. Starting pay is $23.50/hour, increasing to $27.75/hour after certification, plus a comprehensive benefits package valued at more than $10k, including 401(k), medical plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely work outside in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Attend training to become a certified Technician.
• Assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems.
