Safelite is hiring for a Technician Trainee program designed to train individuals to become proficient auto glass technicians. You’ll learn hands-on and in-classroom, with a path to Safelite SafeTech certification and mastery in installation, recalibration, and repairs.

Starting pay is competitive and weekly, with increases after training and certification. Benefits include medical plans, 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools and chemicals used during the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
