Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee to train and become a proficient auto glass technician in Raynham, Massachusetts. This position focuses on hands-on learning and includes classroom training to achieve Safelite SafeTech certification.

You will learn to install and repair auto glass, recalibrate safety systems, and provide excellent customer service while embodying the Safelite Spirit. Competitive pay begins at $23.50/hour with increases after certification and a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement and time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and interpret the English language.
• Willingness to adhere to the company dress code and PPE policies.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apprentice the Safelite way.
• Install and repair auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
