Job summary

Safelite is offering a Technician Trainee program in which you will be paid to learn and train through hands-on and classroom sessions. You will observe, assist, and ultimately perform glass installation, repair, and recalibrations to earn Safelite SafeTech certification.

The role includes paid training, potential salary growth, a comprehensive benefits package, and tuition reimbursement. Eligible candidates must have a HS diploma/GED and a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver's license to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observing and assisting in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems and performing diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Operate company vehicles and tools according to policies.
