Job summary

Safelite is seeking enthusiastic individuals to train as Auto Glass Technicians. You’ll learn hands-on and in the classroom, gaining Safelite SafeTech certification after completing the program. The role covers glass repair, replacement, recalibration, and customer service, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and work in varying weather.
• Willing to learn Safelite processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn through hands-on and classroom training.
• Observe and assist in auto glass installation and repair.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostics.
• Provide additional Safelite services and products as needed.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools; follow policies.
