Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is offering a Technician Trainee position in Wisconsin. You will be trained through hands-on and classroom instruction to become a proficient auto glass technician and earn Safelite SafeTech certification.

The program emphasizes quality, safety, and excellent customer service as you learn to install, repair, and recalibrate automotive glass. You will train on tools and safety practices, support through evaluations, and progress through technician levels based on performance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license required.
  • 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
  • Recalibrate automotive safety systems; diagnose issues.
  • Provide additional services and products to customers.
  • Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and chemicals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
