Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in Wisconsin to enter a paid training program that leads to Safelite-certified technicians. You will learn by observing and assisting in auto glass installations, repairs, and recalibrations while gaining hands-on skills and product knowledge.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to the Safelite way, with a structured progression through technician levels based on performance and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
