Safelite Fulfilment in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead automotive service associates and drive world-class customer service. You will oversee work orders, route mobile jobs, and ensure safety, training, and operational excellence across shifts.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail or service center leadership (automotive preferred) and a high school diploma or GED, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent, OR 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership/key holder experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate and lead associates to maximize productivity and world-class customer service.
• Provide cross-training for operational stability.
• Respond to customer complaints and warranty issues promptly.
• Manage work order assignments and routing of mobile jobs.
• Ensure procedures are followed, vehicles loaded, and in transit on time.
• Train associates on installation techniques, vehicle maintenance, and required documentation.
• Monitor productivity, inventory, and cleanliness to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
