Responsibilities

• Professionally handle customer interactions in person and over the phone.
• Schedule customer appointments with urgency.
• Maintain regular communication with field Auto Glass Technicians.
• Enter sales information and update customer records in the software.
• Provide quotes for installation and repair services.
• Support dispatch/parts team as needed.
