Responsibilities

• Professionally handle customer interactions and general inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Schedule customer appointments with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain regular communication with Auto Glass Technicians in the field.
• Use software to note conversations, enter sales information and update records.
• Provide quotes on installation and repair services.
• Support team to meet shop production goals and budget objectives.
• Complete work orders and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain a clean, organized customer-ready store environment.
• Assist with inventory checks, part deliveries, and job confirmations.
