Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, auto service, call center, or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using dashboards, performance tools, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle customer interactions and general inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Schedule customer appointments with urgency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Auto Glass Technicians and maintain customer records.
• Enter sales information and update customer records in the software.
• Provide quotes for installation and repair services.
• Support shop production goals and budget objectives.
• Complete work orders and keep records up to date.
