• Process Gap, Theft (VTR/VTA) and Lease Wear & Tear (LWT) Claims per policies and procedures.
• Manage the Recovery Process to ensure proper payments by insurers.
• Communicate policy requirements and explain the process to customers.
• Log all customer communications and maintain accurate records.
• Perform other projects and tasks as requested by management.
