OneMain Financial in Tempe is seeking a Workflow Operations Specialist to optimize Auto Finance performance. You will blend workforce planning, operational analysis, and business support to ensure resources match customer demand while upholding service, quality, and compliance standards.

You will analyze metrics, develop schedules, provide real-time guidance to leaders, and partner across teams to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in auto finance, underwriting operations, workforce management, call center operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor business volume, staffing levels, and workflow performance to support efficiency.
• Develop schedules and staffing recommendations based on forecasted demand.
• Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify risks and improvements.
• Provide real-time guidance to leaders to balance service levels and productivity.
• Monitor compliance, quality, and process adherence; escalate when needed.
• Partner with leaders to support process changes, training, and objectives.
• Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audit/compliance activities.
