• Review and process account transactions
• Learn about automobile titles and liens

• Take inbound calls from insurance companies impound yards and various departments
• Contact outside companies by telephone regarding automobiles
• Communicate with various departments and branches
• Report monthly data to management
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed timely and accurately
• Maintain compliance and operational risk controls
• Maintain a positive workplace environment
