OneMain Financial is seeking a Collections Supervisor in Tempe, AZ to lead a team of 12-15 collection agents. You will drive performance, coach staff, and collaborate across departments to achieve portfolio goals and support customers' financial well-being.

Responsibilities include reviewing metrics and call quality, delivering feedback, facilitating training, and administering corrective actions while meeting production targets in a goal-driven environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED required.
• Advanced understanding of collections and strong negotiation skills.
• Experience resolving escalated calls.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead collectors.
• Effective self-management and workflow prioritization.
• Skills in interpreting procedures to determine best resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Review metrics, call quality, and provide feedback for continuous improvement and goal attainment.
• Facilitate training, direction, and administer corrective actions as needed.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve delinquency and ensure compliance.
• Meet production indicators and performance targets in a goal-driven environment.
• Address collections servicing requirements across accounts and recommend strategies for capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Risk Operations and participate in recruiting and retention efforts.
