OneMain Financial in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Auto Underwriter, Senior Buyer to partner with automotive dealerships and deliver financing solutions that help customers move forward. You will build relationships, review applications, and negotiate to secure approved business while maintaining compliance.

You will analyze creditworthiness, use data to drive decisions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The Auto Underwriter, Senior buyer is a dealer representative that partners with automotive dealerships to deliver financing solutions that help customers move forward. This role combines relationship management, credit decision-making, negotiation, and business development in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role comes from building strong partnerships, communicating effectively, making confident decisions, and delivering solutions that create value for both customers and dealership partners.

In the Role

Location: On site in Tempe, AZ

Schedule: Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 6a-8p AZ time (7a-9p Daylight Savings time). The schedule is for 40 hours per week within hours of operation, which includes every other Saturday.
