Job summary

Stanley CDJR Gilmer seeks an experienced Finance and Insurance Manager to lead the Finance Department with integrity and driving profitability. The role emphasizes ethical deal structuring, lender relations, and team leadership to achieve high customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end financing process, ensure compliance with regulations, and work toward strong product penetration and favorable funding timelines within a collaborative dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of automotive sales experience.
• At least 1 year of dealership management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong finance source relationships.
• Secure lender approvals through proper deal structure and negotiation.
• Present products using the Stanley Menu to customers.
• Sell backend products and achieve penetration and per-copy targets.
• Minimize chargebacks by explaining product values and correct markups.
• Ensure 100% paperwork accuracy and timely funding.
• Mentor and train the sales team as needed.
