Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager in a dealership environment
• Proven ability to meet performance goals in a fast-paced automotive setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through auto financing, insurance options, and protection products.
• Arrange financing through lending partners and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Prepare state and federal documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates and programs.
