Responsibilities

• Offers financing and insurance to customers with explanations of products and policies.
• Works with customers to obtain financing through lenders in conformance with laws.
• Prepares all state and federal documents regarding vehicle purchases timely and accurately.
• Maintains relationships with lending institutions for competitive rates and programs.
• Collaborates with Sales to ensure financing options are understood and referred to the F&I department.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Complies with all federal, state, and local regulations.
