Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Financial services and/or auto industry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Log and review funding packages to meet guidelines, clear contract errors, and verify income.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers about applications and accounts.
• Research and verify proof of employment, income, residence, and insurance as required.
• Address funding issues and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain records and support collaboration with the team.
