Job summary

GLS is hiring for a Greenville, SC on-site role to manage delinquent auto loan accounts, contact customers about payment options, and negotiate arrangements. The position includes loss mitigation activities and precise documentation in company systems.

Offering a 40-hour week with no Sundays, one weekly night shift, rotating Fridays/Saturdays, and extended weekday shifts during rotation weeks. Compensation starts at $17.25/hour with monthly performance bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and build rapport with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous collections or auto finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent auto loan accounts.
• Contact customers to discuss payment options and resolve delinquency.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and other account solutions.
• Research customer information and assist with loss mitigation activities.
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
• Meet or exceed performance and quality expectations.
