Job summary

Westlake Financial is recruiting for an Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative in Los Angeles to grow and manage dealer partnerships across the U.S. You will identify prospects, onboard and expand dealer relationships from our HQ, using a consultative sales approach in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves presenting products, training dealers on programs, and driving funding growth with a performance-based compensation package. Office-based, full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred).
• 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you.
• Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
• Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Constant and effective communication via phone, email and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners
