Westlake Financial, a leading auto finance company, seeks an Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative to build and nurture dealer relationships nationwide from our Hollywood, CA base. This full-time role emphasizes consultative selling, training, and proactive growth with generous performance-based compensation.

You will engage with independent and franchise dealers, identify opportunities, and drive funding programs through CRM-driven outreach while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• High School Diploma required; a college degree is preferred or considered with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Clear and effective presentation skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques; ability to train and prospect dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company products and services to management within independent and franchise dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned to you.
• Follow up on CRM-generated leads and referrals from dealerships.
• Develop, maintain and grow dealer partners across the US from headquarters.
• Communicate via phone, email, and video meetings to train on programs and funding requirements.
• Provide solutions and structure vehicle loans that are profitable for Westlake and partners.
