Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professional poise.

• Maintain accurate notes on all interactions and actions.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate customers when needed.
• Review accounts for repossession following guidelines.
• Help reduce delinquency and meet team goals.
• Protect customer information and company data.
