GEICO is hiring an Auto Damage Trainee in Richardson, TX to support customers after accidents. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, problem resolution, and meaningful impact, with licensing and training provided. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualificações

• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals is preferred.
• Active Adjusters license is preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED is required; College degree preferred.
