GEICO in Richardson, TX is seeking an Auto Damage Trainee to assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements with body shops and rental companies. You’ll gain hands-on experience through a structured training program and licensing support.

You’ll work in a high-volume environment with KPI targets, flexible on-site work with some off-site options, and benefits starting Day 1. A High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
