Job summary

Suburban Ford of Romeo, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a sales-focused professional to greet customers, present vehicles, and guide them through the sales process. You will gather client information, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM records to nurture ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, processing write-ups professionally, and coordinating with the Service department post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail is essential.
• Must show sense of urgency and strong communication.
• Proficient typing and basic math skills.
• Proficient in common computer applications and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration rides.
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter into CRM.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customers during write ups to ensure a non-confrontational experience.
• Build knowledge of product information, pricing and promotions.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings.
• Maintain neat vehicle lot and showroom.
• Present and deliver vehicles following delivery process.
• Introduce customers to Service department after sale.
