Job summary

Vision Ford Lincoln is seeking Customer Advocates to deliver a customer-first car-buying experience in Wahpeton, ND. You will guide walk-in and appointment shoppers without negotiating pricing, supported by a Sales Manager who handles numbers and offers.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred, but heart matters more than résumé.
• Strong communication across channels (in-person, phone, email, text).
• Detail-oriented, organized with ownership and accountability.
• Able to learn new platforms and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer's primary contact from initial inquiry to sale and post-sale follow-up.
• Engage with customers in-store and via phone, email, and text to identify needs and guide to the right vehicle.
• Arrange showroom visits and test drives based on customer preferences.
• Set up FordPass and Lincoln Way app connectivity and explain warranty and maintenance details at delivery.
• Promote the store and products across channels and network in the community.
