Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a Parts Coordinator to provide an excellent customer experience by managing the ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution of auto parts for repair orders. You will verify part accuracy, maintain stock, and ensure timely delivery to the shop in line with production schedules.

The role requires 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer service orientation and strong organizational skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process parts orders and verify accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with vendors to order, receive, and track parts to repair orders.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicle/scheduled repairs.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS and monitor price changes.
• Ensure timely distribution of parts to the shop per production schedule.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate supplier changes to team.
