Qualifications

• I-CAR Pro-Level 1 certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of DRP writing experience.
• Strong relationships with insurance providers are crucial.
• Knowledge of metal/refinish replacement and repair techniques.
• Proficient with Mitchell and CCC estimating systems, ERAC and DRP management systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs for all duties.
• Greet customers and deliver service excellence.
• Capture potential business from walk-ins and insured referrals.
• Prioritize repairs for cycle time efficiency.
• Inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles to create estimates.
• Identify prior damage from check-in photos.
• Maximize profitability via labor resources and mix.
• Explain repair process, claims, and delivery dates.
• Serve as primary customer contact through repair.
• Write a comprehensive auto body repair plan.
• Ensure OE standards, DRP parts, and ADAS compliance.
• Verify quality at each repair stage.
• Source and receive parts per insurer guidelines.
• Ensure accurate final bill and supplements noted.
• Deliver vehicle and collect final payments.
• Scan all docs into CCC one file.
• Maintain CCC Calendar and DRP portals daily.
• Cultivate DRP, Fleet and Dealer relationships, meeting metrics.
