Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an experienced Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, and customer communications. You will check in vehicles, finalize DRP paperwork, and manage total loss administration while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience and a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of CCC1 or similar estimating software is required, with strong sales orientation to support customer service goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred).
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for vehicles and validate repair plans.
• Conduct process reviews and verify repair status.
• Check in customer vehicles and document initial assessment.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
