Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs in collaboration with insurance providers. The role emphasizes accurate communication, adherence to DRP processes, and alignment with KPI targets across the repair team.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of DRP experience, plus a willingness to complete I-CAR training

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and update details.
• Provide accurate information; guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Way for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as recommended.
• Maintain store KPIs and uphold company values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
