Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, deliver exceptional service, monitor workloads at the center, and coordinate Rental Car partners to provide one-stop service while complying with insurance requirements.

The position offers $18.00–$20.00 per hour with weekly pay, overtime eligibility, paid vacation and holidays, and opportunities for career growth in a nationwide network. A minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
