Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a CSR to deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing relationships with customers and insurance companies while handling all administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills with a focus on sales-driven customer service. Compensation includes benefits and opportunities for growth at our Florida facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or related environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule repair appointments using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Obtain necessary repair authorization documentation and disassemble vehicles for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during repair using CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage information.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure vehicles appear in CCC One.
