Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, part of Boyd Group Services, is hiring a Client Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences with insurance partners and customers. You will support the Repair Facility Team, manage scheduling, and track communications using CCC One and ARMS systems.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in a similar admin or customer service setting, and a strong eye for detail, multitasking, and sales-driven service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administration or customer service preferred.
• Experience in auto body or related environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and administer admin tasks for Repair Facility Team.
• Schedule vehicle repairs and manage insurance coordination.
• Maintain communication logs with customers and insurers.
