You will coordinate appointments, manage insurance communications, and document repair progress using CCC One.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year in a similar admin role; auto body or service experience is a plus. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred auto body or customer service experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and daily planning.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC check list, parts list and rental indicators.
• Record communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with usage details.
• Manage ARMS to align with CCC One records.
