Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a detail-oriented CSR to deliver an exceptional customer experience and coordinate with customers and insurance partners. You will schedule repairs, manage RO packets, and document communications using CCC One and ARMS systems.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in auto body or customer service. The role is full-time, on-site, with opportunities for bonus-based pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administrative assistant.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance partners.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using Daily Demand Capacity Planner, CCC One schedule and scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documents for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record communications with customers or insurance partners using CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
