Qualifications

• Preferred: auto body or related customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and daily planner.
• Retrieve insurance authorizations and prepare RO work packets.
• Record communications with customers and insurers in CCC One notes.
• Manage ARMS rentals and ensure CCC One reflects rental usage.
• Ensure accurate rental information and vendor coordination.
