Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a CSR to deliver an exceptional customer experience and handle essential administrative duties for the Repair Facility Team. You will coordinate appointments, manage communications with customers and insurance partners, and maintain accurate documentation in our repair management systems.

Required: high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a similar role; experience in auto body is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and a benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and related scripts.
• Obtain insurance assignments and repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all customer and insurance communications in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental car details and update CCC One.
• Manage ARMS system to align with CCC One records.
