Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years automotive claims handling required.
• 1-3 years supervisory preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning and delegation skills.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively lead change.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Review claim files regularly for quality and monitor performance metrics.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer service issues and monitor satisfaction.
• Recruit and develop staff to support succession planning.
• Lead meetings with unit management to communicate goals and reinforce performance expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry developments and best practices.
• Participate in committees and projects that support organizational goals.
