This management role emphasizes leadership, performance coaching, and process improvement, with a starting pay range of $92,600 to $123,600 and eligibility for an incentive program based on organization, team and personal performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with Automotive claims experience.
• 4–6 years in Automotive Claims handling.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning and delegation skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Review claim files regularly for quality.
• Track and monitor statistical measures and performance indicators.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer service issues through effective communication.
• Recruit and develop staff; support succession planning.
• Lead meetings with unit management to communicate goals and reinforce desirable behavior.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry developments and best practices.
• Participate in committees and projects supporting organizational goals.
