Auto Club Enterprises, headquartered in the AAA federation, seeks a Claims Team Manager - Auto ER to oversee day-to-day claims activities, direct a team, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance and customer service best practices. The role includes leadership, performance tracking, and ongoing staff development.

Occasional travel is possible (5%), with a starting pay range of $83,900.00 to $111,500.00, and eligibility for incentive programs based on performance.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years Automotive Claims handling required.
• 1-3 years Supervisory preferred.
• Advanced organizational, planning and delegation skills.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced interpersonal skills and change leadership ability.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable DMV record and minimum liability insurance.
• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review claim files regularly for quality and monitor performance metrics.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance.
• Resolve customer service issues and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Manage recruitment and staff development for succession planning.
• Lead meetings with unit management to align goals and behaviors.
• Maintain knowledge of industry developments and best practices.
• Participate in committees and projects supporting organizational goals.
