Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in insurance, logistics, or claims support.
• Familiarity with legal and transportation terminology/documents is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support claims adjusters in intake, documentation, and processing of transportation-related incidents.

• Collect, organize, and manage driver reports, police reports, rosters, medical records, logs, and photos.

• Receive and route calls, emails, and inquiries from law firms, insurers, parents, and medical offices.

• Track compliance with transportation safety and reporting regulations.
•  
• Maintain electronic claim files in the claims management system.
•  
• Prepare and send claim-related communications such as letters and summaries.
•  
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects.
