• Gather information and use resources to support inspection, documentation, and communication.
• Apply appropriate authority levels to approve resolutions within policy.
• Assess claims by collecting and evaluating information from multiple sources.
• Prepare and communicate resolutions via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain accurate case files, including invoices and settlement documents.
• Escalate to supervisor when required and perform other duties as assigned.
