The role involves investigating claims, determining coverage, reserving, and negotiating settlements to closure. Salary ranges from $60,320 to $79,040 annually, with a 4-day onsite, 1-day remote schedule in a hybrid model.

• Investigate validity of claims, evaluate coverages, and set action plans.
• Contact policyholders and involved parties to obtain documentation and statements.
• Establish initial reserves and adjust as needed through the claim.
• Negotiate settlements and issue payments.
• Identify red flags and alert SIU as applicable.
• Maintain organized diary for timely claims handling.
• Adhere to state/local regulations including Unfair Claims Practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
