Plymouth Rock is seeking a Claims Express Associate to join a fast-paced team delivering world-class service to auto insurance customers. The role handles basic claims, coordinates appointments, and supports multiple processes to keep claims moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include managing voice and email inquiries, reviewing claims for Express criteria, and coordinating subrogation where applicable. A strong customer service background and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or insurance background preferred.
• Analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
• Strong knowledge of customer service techniques and processes.
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment handling voice and e-mails from customers with active claims.
• Review files assigned to the Express channel to ensure criteria are met; otherwise transfer to the Property Damage Unit.
• Assist callers with vehicle inspection appointments and rental questions.
• Dispatch or reschedule vehicles to the field, shop or VET unit.
• Refer complaints to appropriate unit for handling.
• Identify carriers for subrogation when applicable.
• Review and document police reports and identify potential injuries.
• Review estimates and input payments.
• Ensure proper compliance letters are sent.
• Assist with processing mail and special projects.
• Provide leadership by example and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
