Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Auto Claims Representative in the Chandler, AZ area. No prior claims experience is required as paid training and licensing are included, with in-office days required monthly and some in-person training during the first 6 months.

Start date is January 11, 2027. You will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, engaging with customers who have been in an accident, and helping them with strong problem solving and

Qualifications

• Engaging, outgoing personality with passion for helping customers.
• Ability to think critically and use resources in a virtual environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication, decision making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and multitasking in a structured paperless environment.
• Familiarity with multiple systems during virtual training and claims handling.
• Understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
• College degree preferred or related customer service/insurance experience.
