Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Auto Claims Representative in the Naperville/Greater Chicago area. This role offers paid training and licensing, no prior claims experience required, and a path to licensure as a claims adjuster.

You'll handle high-volume, fast-paced claims, guide insureds through the process from start to finish, and collaborate with a supportive team. Applicants must live within 50 miles of the office and be willing to train in person.

Qualifications

• An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.
• Able to think critically, use resources and seek answers when needed in virtual environment.
• Excellent oral, written, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment.
• Requires strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
• General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
• College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
• Only open to US based employees.

Responsibilities

• Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
• Engage customers who recently had an accident and provide help.
• Represent the Liberty brand and deliver on our promise.
• Coordinate with office or home work environments and schedules.
• Ensure customers receive what they paid for with integrity.
