Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an entry-level Claims Auto Adjuster - Glass Team in California. You will support auto claims by handling material damage, property damage and liability claims, conducting basic investigations, evaluating coverages and negotiating settlements within defined authority.

Under moderate supervision, you will interact with insureds and claimants, document claims, and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior claims experience.
• Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer software.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with insureds and claimants to verify benefits and explain process.
• Conduct investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Evaluate and negotiate settlements within authority for first/third-party claims.
• Coordinate with internal/external departments as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Overtime and holiday hours may be required.
