Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid insurance adjuster license as needed; McAllen and Birmingham locations require licensing.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve auto physical damage first and third party claims in an in-office setting under supervision.
• Take statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses to investigate losses.
• Perform intake, valuation, exposure establishment, and settlement within monetary authority.
• Reserve exposures timely and accurately.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to agents and customers.
